Oven-baked Salmon

Hey Everybody ! So my lovely dearest friend Sarah made this delicious dish ! It is healthy, fast and easy to make for lunch/dinner. I will have the ingredients at the bottom ! credits to my friend SarahBear.  :)


Ingredients
  • Salmon
  • Sea salt
  • Malabar black pepper
  • Steamed brown rice 
  • baby spinach
  • tomatoes
Instructions

1. Oven-baked salmon massaged with sea salt & course malabar black pepper

2 Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover fillet with foil to seal its moist mouth savory, texture. 

3. Depending on the size cook for 30 minutes (larger fillets: 1 hour) then remove foil and flip sides: bake another 20 minutes or until golden pink. And Voilaaa !!
